We are an organic family winery in Maipú, Mendoza, founded in 2008 with 7 hectares of Malbec. In 2018, we fulfilled our dream of producing wine in our winery. Our vineyard and winery are located on the same site, ensuring minimal transportation and maximum control of processes, quality, and organic integrity. We currently have 7 hectares of Malbec, yielding an average of 70 to 80 quintals per year, which enables us to obtain the highest-quality raw materials our wines require. In March 2021, we made a significant change to our irrigation system, transitioning from surface furrow irrigation to drip irrigation, to protect the environment and conserve water. In addition, we are currently finalising the installation of a photovoltaic solar farm to cover the total energy demand of both the drip irrigation system and the winery. Since 2010, we have been certified Organic by the International Agricultural Organisation (OIA). This leads us to commit to not using products from the chemical industry.
