Austria 2017: the first Vinexpo Explorer

For its major first, Vinexpo Explorer – a ground-breaking style of event for the wine industry – headed for Austria on 11 and 12 September 2017.

A selection of international buyers from 30 countries took part in this full-on experience ranging from tastings at wineries and business meetings to masterclasses with local experts.

The immersion concept shone through like a revelation, both for the buyers who extended their portfolios and the host region, which “put itself on the global wine map”.
